The Ready To Align approach is a Three Step process.  We schedule a designated time to visit your facility to help us better understand many of the essential elements of your company as well as personally get a chance to meet you and your team.  This face to face time and physical walk through procedure assures that we capture the correct questions, flow and personality of your organization.

Step 1. EDUCATION

Education is first and its our overall education and knowledge derived of the history, purpose, markets, direction, sales and challenges of your company.  Its also an education for our clients to ask us questions, better understand our services and the alignment assessment & executive summary analysis we will present to identify opportunities that would fulfill their ultimate success.

This all takes place in one day for the physical assessment and then 48 hours later for the summary analysis review.  When initially scheduling the date to visit your facility, we coordinate the best time table with you prior to coming in. This simply assures the confirmation and availability that select individuals will each be free to spend from 15 to 30 minutes with us that day.

Step 2. ALIGNMENT ASSESSMENT

Once mutually educated, we perform a 3-Section /16 Segment company wide Alignment Assessment.  This is an onsite assessment with senior management, all department supervisors, sales & marketing and customer service.  This will also including organizational structure and processes as well as a website and online content effectivity review.

Step 3. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This is a culmination of data gathered and a complete written report presented and reviewed in detail with our client within 48 hours of the assessment.  This will also include a total assessment analysis score and other relevant observations. This report highlights the strong alignment elements the business currently demonstrates as well as some obvious and indistinct alignment gaps that are identified.  This Executive Summary Report now gives us a great baseline to discuss a targeted plan to implement a Strategic Business Alignment System that will help direct your company to long term optimization.
